Francisco López Peña
CEO Orilla Asset ManagementFrancisco holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona and an MBA from the IESE Business School. He has 24 years’ experience at Gestamp, primarily as CFO (2007-2017) and CEO (2018-2020). Board member of Gestamp (since 2010) and GAM (since 2021).
Juan Druet
Direct Investments Director
Juan holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Pontificia Comillas University. He has experience in direct investment funds (Investindustrial and Wren House Infrastructure) and investment banking (Goldman Sachs).
Philippe Muñoz
Liquid Investments Director
Philippe holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from Paris Dauphine University. He was head of the occupational pension schemes department at Santander Asset Management, where he spent 15 years. He previously worked at Société Générale Trading and at Exane (London).
Francesc Martínez Bailac
Alternative Investments Director
Francesc was previously a Director at the Telefónica Group and Alternative Investments Director at Fonditel. He has 27 years’ experience in Asset Management at the La Caixa and Caixa Cataluña groups and as a Director at Lazora. He has been Vice-President of Spainsif and a lecturer on the IE’s International MBA course. He holds a Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona and a Diploma in Banking Management from the EADA Business School.
Paco Riberas

Paco holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and International Relations from the Pontificia Comillas University. He has more than two years’ experience in strategic consulting (Kearney) and the automotive sector (Gestamp).
Miguel Gómez-Escalonilla

Miguel holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF University, and has experience in direct investment funds (Alantra Private Equity) and investment banking (DC Advisory).
José Silóniz Gil de Sagredo
Finance and Administrative DirectorJosé holds a Bachelor in Economic and Business Science (specializing in Economic Analysis and Quantitative Economics) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. José has more than 30 years of experience, having held various finance-related positions in the industrial sector. He has spent the last 20 years at the Gonvarri Industrial group. Prior to that he was Financial Director of an executive aviation company.
Patricia Alba Cubertorer
Executive Office Assistant
Graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valencia. Patricia has more than 4 years of experience experience as a management assistant in Gestamp in the Marketing and Communication, Finance and Sales departments. Previously she worked in banking.
